In his reaction to the development, the Director of Media and Publicity of the PDP, Mr. Ayo Fadaka, described the defectors as ‘light weights’ whose departure would not shake the party.
Fadaka, who stressed that many of the defectors would be disappointed in the APC, said the PDP was waxing stronger on daily basis. He said, “They are hardly assets wherever they are, they were not relevant in our party and their politics is based on opportunism; wherever they see opportunity, they move. You can be rest assured that within the next few months, they will be disappointed in the APC.”
